Asist has successfully managed and supported student placements for 28 years by embedding these roles within our organisation. We continue to support our local Universities to provide student placements to this day.

 

As part of the induction process, we provide all students with shadowing opportunities to observe advocacy in practice. During their placement, students receive the same level of supervision and case management as paid staff and volunteers.
